HR Generalist: Browntown, WI

We are seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client’s team. This position offers the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of day-to-day HR functions while working closely with employees and supporting the Human Resources Manager. The HR Generalist will play an important role in hourly payroll, recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, attendance tracking, and employee communications. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, interacting with employees, and being a hands-on resource within a manufacturing environment.

Key  Responsibilities:

• Process hourly payroll using Paylocity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
• Enter and update employee information, employment status changes, and other HR data within Paylocity
• Maintain employee insurance and 401(k) records, enrollments, and updates
• Maintain and distribute employee performance reviews and evaluations
• Track daily attendance and maintain accurate attendance records
• Administer and maintain electronic records related to benefits, 401(k), safety training, and other employee programs
• Support hourly employee recruitment, including interviewing and pre-employment processes
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Assist with employee communications, training, and other HR-related initiatives
• Perform additional personnel-related functions in accordance with applicable state and federal employment laws

Skills & Experience :

• Education : HSD,  required ;  Associates degree in a relevant field, preferred
• Experience : 2+ years of Human Resources experience,  required
• Knowledge:  Basic understanding of employment laws and HR practices ,  required
• Software:  Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll system,   required

Pay: $55,000 - $60,000/year

Type: Full-time, 1st Shift, On-site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, normal business hours
