Warehouse Associate – Electric Pallet Jack & Stand‑Up Forklift Operator
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm Forklift Certification Required (Electric Pallet Jack & Stand‑Up)
Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate supports the daily administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the warehouse as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation for all shipping and receiving activities, preparing inventory balances, and ensuring materials are handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receiving MaterialsSchedule incoming freight shipments.
Read and verify packing labels.
Unload pallets of newly arrived raw materials.
Inspect raw materials for damage.
Place new raw material into proper inventory locations.
Arrange returns for damaged materials.
Locate inventory for outgoing shipments.
Stock new materials.
Re‑stock inventory as needed.
Identify missing items.
Identify low‑stock items.
Rotate stock FIFO.
