Propósito Principal Como Assistant Manager en RAM, apoyarás al Property Manager en las operaciones diarias de la propiedad, garantizando la satisfacción de los inquilinos, el manejo adecuado de la documentación, la precisión financiera y la eficiencia operativa. Funciones Esenciales Gestión Administrativa y de Documentación Mantener organizados y actualizados los registros relacionados con los inquilinos y la operación de la propiedad Asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna y precisa de la información para apoyar la toma de decisiones Archivar y distribuir adecuadamente los documentos físicos Apoyo Financiero y de Pagos Procesar pagos de alquiler y apoyar las conciliaciones bancarias y los informes financieros Gestionar el seguimiento de ingresos y detectar irregularidades para garantizar la precisión financiera Apoyar en la elaboración de presupuestos y el análisis de información Relación con Inquilinos y Comunicación Mantener comunicación abierta con los inquilinos y resolver solicitudes de manera eficiente Brindar atención personalizada con empatía y escucha activa Responsable de Estándares Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas internas y legales relacionadas con la gestión inmobiliaria Monitorear indicadores de desempeño y presentar informes cuando se requiera Brindar un servicio de alta calidad a clientes internos y externos Participar en iniciativas de mejora y desarrollo de competencias Requisitos y Calificaciones Título técnico o superior en Administración de Empresas, Gestión Inmobiliaria o carreras afines Mínimo 1 años de experiencia en cargos similares Orientación al servicio al cliente, conocimientos financieros básicos y de operación de propiedades Conocimiento de las normativas inmobiliarias locales Nivel de inglés B2 y español B2 #J-18808-Ljbffr Rental Asset Management
