This 12a‑12p RN Psych Shift is a 26‑week contract located in or near League City, Texas. The organization offers competitive compensation and benefits for this assignment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate psychiatric nursing care to patients in crisis and extended observation settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress. Execute crisis intervention techniques to stabilize patients experiencing mental health emergencies. Support outpatient clinics as needed, assisting with training and patient care until the new unit opens.
