This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant audit services while ensuring a high standard of professionalism and efficiency across diverse travel-based assignments.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough audits of worker's compensation files, ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelinesAnalyze documentation and payroll records to assess risk classifications and premium calculationsReview and verify client-submitted data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with audit standardsPrepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actionsCommunicate directly with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify audit issuesIdentify inconsistencies or anomalies in data that may indicate misclassification or potential fraudUtilize audit tools and software to document findings and maintain accurate recordsEnsure compliance with all relevant state regulations and industry best practices during field or remote auditsQualifications:Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to analyze data and identify discrepanciesProficiency in audit software and data analysis toolsUnderstanding of basic worker's compensation principlesCapable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyCertified Pool OperatorExperience working with commercial and residential appliances and laundry equipment
