$35-$45/hr DOE | 4-Day Work Week | Multiple Shifts Available

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes
• Machine precision aerospace components to close tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Apply GD&T principles during machining and inspection
• Understand and work from CNC programs
• Make offsets and tooling adjustments as needed
• Perform complete machine setups
• Buy off first article inspections
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Verify quality throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
• Maintain production and inspection documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of CNC machining experience
• Strong CNC Mill and/or CNC Lathe experience
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Advanced blueprint reading skills
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Experience holding tight tolerances
• Experience performing machine setups and first article inspections
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, indicators, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment
• Fanuc controls experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
