Service Plumber Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties. 

The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory.

We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level.

Compensation:

• Base Pay:  $35/hr plus over time as needed
• Commission:  10% on revenue generated above $25,000 monthly. 

Core Competencies:

• 3+ years of active experience in both residential troubleshooting/repair and commercial plumbing systems (drain jetting, excavation, commercial service).
• When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
• Ability to diagnose and execute repairs independently, perform hydro-jetting, handle camera inspections, manage line replacements, and deliver "Good, Better, Best" options using ServiceTitan.
• Exceptional customer service ("Pet the Dog" philosophy), clean presentation (uniformed, pink booties, branded trucks), transparent communication, and comfort presenting multi-option estimates.

• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
• Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
