Behavior Technician - ABA Center

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Compensation $18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment. Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers. Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces. Qualifications Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
