A Day in the Life of a Skilled Laborer In this skilled labor position, you perform a variety of civil construction jobs alongside a team. You carefully follow the instructions and guidelines of your supervisors, working at different sites and completing tasks such as excavations, demolitions, land clearing, and other civil construction work. You assist other skilled laborers as needed and take pride in a job well done. Qualifications Valid driver's license Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position such as standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 75 lbs. Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
