Qualifications required Demonstrated knowledge of federal financial management principles, practices, regulations, and systems. Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop solutions to financial management issues. Strong written and oral communication skills to prepare reports, deliver presentations, and interact with various stakeholders. Experience using financial management systems, databases, and software (e.g., Excel, financial reporting tools). Ability to independently resolve complex financial issues and recommend process improvements.
