Occupational Therapist - PRN

Role Overview As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will assess patients' daily living and work skills, develop and implement therapeutic programs, and collaborate with healthcare team members to create and update care plans. Your duties include providing treatment to improve strength, coordination, and mobility, designing community reintegration activities, and recommending adaptive equipment. You will supervise therapy staff and aides, document patient progress, and participate in discharge planning and family education. Qualifications & Skills Current, unrestricted OT licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are required. Preferred candidates have at least six months of occupational therapy experience, ideally in home health settings. This role involves patient-facing responsibilities, requiring adherence to TB screening and driver safety protocols.
