General Liability Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney to join their team in Blue Bell, PA. The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic legal environment, contributing to the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional client results. Duties Evaluate new files and manage them from start to finish. Communicate effectively with clients. Produce discovery and conduct depositions. Research and prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law. Prepare and argue discovery motions and substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals. Attend pretrial listings and participate in trials. Requirements JD degree from an ABA-approved law school. Active license in good standing in Pennsylvania; New Jersey Bar admission preferred. Minimum of 5 years of General Liability litigation experience. Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident, and product liability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education JD degree from an ABA-approved law school. Certifications Active license in good standing in Pennsylvania. Skills Excellent time management and organizational skills. Outstanding communication skills.
