Auditor In Minooka Schedule: 1st, 6 AM 2:30 PM 2nd, 2:30 PM 11:00 PM Monday Friday Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required after scheduled shifts based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Review warehouse processes and facility operations to verify adherence to established procedures and best practices. Partner with the Inventory Control team to audit inventory location accuracy and identify discrepancies. Collect, compile, and maintain audit records and performance data. Prepare and communicate audit findings, reports, and recommendations to management. Analyze audit results to identify quality trends, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement. Support facility management in implementing corrective actions and process enhancements. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Ability to perform inspections and audits in a warehouse environment.
