What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose issues with automated equipment and PLCs Perform preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly Respond to breakdowns and get equipment back online quickly Work closely with operations to minimize downtime What You Bring Strong hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and PLCs Confidence working independently in a fast‑paced setting A proactive, problem‑solving mindset Compensation & Schedule $37–$45/hour depending on experience and level Overtime opportunities available Double time on Sundays Monthly incentive program 24/7 operation with rotating weekend coverage (weekday time off provided) #J-18808-Ljbffr
