With each Urologist having their own Medical Assistant and support staff, providers here have a practice model designed for efficiency and balance. Opportunity Outline: $615,000 base salary potential plus additional call pay. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, CME allowance, and 401(k). 4 clinic days (25 patients/day) and 1 dedicated OR day (5-10 cases/week). Dedicated MA for each provider plus experienced support staff. On-site Da Vinci robotic system.
