IT Support Specialist Needed ! Join our team and be a key player in supporting our customers and testing and documenting our software releases. Job Type Part-time with an upgrade to full-time. Here’s What You’ll Do Answer phone calls directly from customers and provide technical support to end-users (software only). Write and execute test plans: Test new features and execute test plans. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently. Document solutions and assist with IT documentation, including diagrams. Contribute to the overall success of our IT solutions.
