Housekeeping Supervisor (DIRECT HIRE) - 1st & 2nd Shift - $16-$18

Our client, hospitality industry leader, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be part of the Housekeeping department supporting hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits.

Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Salamanca, NY
Pay Range: $16-$18
Shift: 1st shift (9am-5pm) & 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)

What's the Job?

• Supervise assigned area to ensure guest rooms are serviced according to established policies and standards.
• Monitor and report on guest room status, stock levels, and problem situations within the hotel.
• Perform inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality control.
• Coordinate distribution and collection of keys, beepers, and other equipment for the assigned area.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees to foster a productive team environment.

What's Needed?

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two (2) years of hotel housekeeping or related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.
