Engineering Program Manager

The OpportunityWe are looking for a driven, hardworking Program Manager to help support the operational cadence for the Developer Platform organization. We're looking for someone who can bring diverse groups together to establish program goals, helping them to succeed in delivering against the strategic outcomes of the business as well as support effective communication of goals and strategy to various stakeholders and executive leadership across the Adobe landscape. This person will help to drive the organizational objectives that align to business priorities and provide timely status updates.What You'll DoCoordinate within and across teams to align efforts to desired business goalsDevelop templates and provide updates for quarterly-based delivery roadmapsWork with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program successCreate, customize and own the communication and translation of technical milestones and strategy into business goals and KPIs.Build and maintain a central repository for all updatesBuild and maintain positive relationships with program management partners and leadership of cross-functional teamsPromote transparency across the organization and communicate program statusWhat You Need To SucceedHave 2 years of relevant technical program management experienceHave strong AI, Sharepoint, Excel, Word and Power Point skillsHave a keen ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve gaps and areas of concernHave strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills & the ability to "win people over"Have technical background that allows for active and efficient understanding of technical goals and the business outputs expectedHave excellent speaking and writing skillsRemain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal directionMust be meticulously organized and exceptionally focused and detailed in their work
