Inventory ManagerLocation: Beachwood, OHPosition Overview:The Warehouse manager is an experienced and highly organized individual that oversees all warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations ManagementManage daily warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, inventory control, material handling, and material coordination for work preparationEnsure timely and accurate fulfillment of internal and external ordersCoordinate with production and procurement teams to align warehouse activities with production schedulesInventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventoriesInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesTeam LeadershipLead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure a high-performance work environment, and adherence to Millennium proceduresEstablish work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance metricsHealth & Safety ComplianceEnsure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and company policiesImplement and maintain 5S practices and other lean warehouse methodologiesProcess ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costsUtilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools to streamline operationsReporting & DocumentationPrepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, shipping/receiving activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory complianceWhat we need you to have:High School Diploma or GED1-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of inventory control systems, warehouse processes, and logisticsProficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) softwareExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat we’d love you to have:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field3–5+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a high-mix manufacturing environmentExperience implementing new processes and systems in a warehouse environmentWorking knowledge of electrical/controls components and systemsAdditional Information:Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipmentOccasional extended hours or weekend work may be required based on production needs.Travel Requirements – 5 - 10% traveApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa currently #J-18808-Ljbffr
