You'll lead the pop-up launch, establish strong store routines, and partner with area management to support the transition to the permanent location in 2027.Leadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing store teamLead, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Leads, Stylists, and Stock AssociatesBuild a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused cultureConduct regular performance conversations and provide ongoing feedbackCreate development plans and support internal growth opportunitiesEnsure scheduling aligns with business needs and payroll goalsStore Opening & TransitionPartner with area management to prepare for the 2026 pop-up opening, including staffing, training, inventory readiness, and operational setupEstablish store routines that support consistent service and efficient daily operationsBuild customer relationships and local brand awareness to support long-term growth in AventuraSupport planning and execution of the transition to the permanent store in 2027Prepare the team for changes in store layout, inventory, and operational needs as the business growsSales & Business PerformanceDrive sales results and achieve store KPIsAnalyze business trends and identify opportunities to improve performanceMonitor productivity, conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and other key metricsExecute action plans to achieve sales and operational goalsMaintain accountability for payroll and controllable expensesCustomer ExperienceDeliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Subdued brandLead by example through active selling and client engagementResolve customer concerns professionally and effectivelyEnsure all team members provide outstanding service and product knowledgeEncourage repeat visits and build lasting relationships with the Aventura customer communityOperations & InventoryOversee daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss preventionEnsure accurate inventory management and stock organizationPartner with the stock team to maintain inventory accuracy and support replenishmentMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsEnsure the store is consistently clean, organized, and ready for customersVisual MerchandisingMaintain brand standards and visual presentation throughout the storePartner with Visual Merchandising to execute floor sets, product launches, and seasonal initiativesEnsure merchandise is presented in a way that maximizes sales opportunities xhyhwjd Adapt product presentation to the pop-up space and support the permanent store setupQualifications5+ years of Store Manager experience in fashion, apparel, specialty retail, or luxury retailProven track record of driving sales and developing high-performing teamsStrong leadership, communication, and coaching skillsExperience recruiting, hiring, and retaining talentAbility to analyze business performance and take action based on resultsStrong organizational and time-management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapting to changing business needsProficiency with retail technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred QualificationsExperience opening a new store, managing a pop-up, or supporting a store relocationExperience managing high-volume, fast-paced retail environmentsExperience serving a diverse, international customer basePassion for fashion, styling, and customer experience
