Supplier Program MgmtCompany: The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 5) to join the Prop A-TG (Air Dominance Proprietary) team in Hazelwood or Berkley, Missouri.This positing supports multiple open positions on Prop A-TG.Position Responsibilities:Provides technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programsLeads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programManages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phasesLeads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actionsLeads the development of company or business unit procurement strategiesProvides oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projectsCommunicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholdersManages work movement plansThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position is for 1st shift.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)More than 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and servicesMore than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processesMore than 5 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirementsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):More than 5 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacityMore than 5 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain managementTypical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
