Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and ambitious Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Your main responsibility will be to visit homeowners door-to-door, introduce our home remodeling services, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

Go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to connect with homeowners.
Introduce our construction and home improvement services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
Represent our company professionally and confidently.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated individuals who are driven by financial success.
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

Guaranteed Minimum Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commissions + Generous Performance Bonuses
