Mold Technician

Position Summary Responsible for setting up and operating injection mold machines to cast product from raw material to final product, follow set production schedules, prepare required production documentation, and perform the overall inspection of parts. Responsibilities Operate different types of injection mold machines. Load existing programs onto machines. Make adjustments to molding parameters by using necessary measuring equipment to produce accurate parts. Have good understanding of various types of tooling used in molding and their proper application. Conduct basic preventative maintenance and run basic diagnostics. Conduct troubleshooting for basic symptoms on a variety of machines. Ability to remove barrel on a variety of machines. Remove and install mold bases. Remove and change oil and oil filters on a variety of machines. Complete production and inspection documentation. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. 1‑3 years of related experience, preferred. Know basic math concepts. Compensation & Benefits Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
