As the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. Cresco's Facility Maintenance Supervisor will oversee our Facility Maintenance Technicians, coordinating work orders to ensure the upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.Core Job DutiesOversee building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as neededAbility to delegate tasks, putting together work lists for the Facility Maintenance TechniciansDevelop schedule for regular inspection of HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premisesMaintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencingDirect the Facility Maintenance Technicians in repairing mechanical equipment as directedResponsible for the upkeep of maintenance performance logElectrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as requiredResponsible for holding keys to every area, ensuring they are always marked and organizedMaintain Landscaping and Snowplow vendorsMaintain HVAC contractorMaintain Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractorsMaintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical suppliesMove equipment, tools or supplies between properties as requiredErrands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as requiredAssign the duties of touch up painting and dry-wall patching as neededMiscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solvingMonitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation systemRequired Experience, Education and Skills3+ years of industrial building maintenance preferredExperience in a supervisory position preferredAbility to read machine prints and assign the duties to the Facility Maintenance Techs to perform machine repairAn ability to work well under pressureAbility to communicate effectively with teammatesAbility to oversee team, delegate work, and act as liaison between Facility Maintenance Technicians and Facility Project EngineersPrevious experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuitsRelevant technical knowledgeHVAC Certified (preferred)Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plusBenefitsCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.
