Job Summary Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist (Schertz, TX)
- Full-time position in a pediatric outpatient clinic (Schertz, TX, San Antonio area)
- Salary range: $70,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience)
- Flexible scheduling options: five 8-hour days, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule
- Focus on delivering quality patient care in a collaborative, family-oriented, and growth-minded environment
- Responsibilities include:
- Providing occupational therapy to children in an outpatient setting
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on evaluations and treatment plans
- Documenting using EMR or IEP online systems
- Managing a reasonable caseload with scheduled paperwork time
- Desired skills/experience:
- Pediatric OT experience (fieldwork or prior employment)
- Experience in school-based therapy and working with children in therapeutic settings

- Requirements:
- TX state OT license or eligibility
- Master's, Doctorate, or accredited Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy
