Position Linkage Marketing Coordinator – Sales & Marketing team at Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach, Lahaina, HI. Compensation Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour with production pay. Annual pay range (base wages + production pay) $34,796 to $127,018. UNCAPPED commission & bonuses. Sign‑On Bonus Up to $2,000 sign‑on bonus potential: $1,000 after 45 days and $1,000 after six months for 1 year of timeshare experience. $500 after 45 days and $500 after six months for no timeshare experience. Additional terms and conditions apply. Schedule Hours: 7 am–8 pm with typical shifts of 7 am–1:30 pm and 1:30 pm–8 pm. Rotating shifts, 5 days per week, with weekend work required. Subject to business needs. Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations. Deliver high‑level service to exceed sales presentation and volume production goals. Ensure all guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more. Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience. Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Concierge and/or sales experience preferred. Background and drug screening may be required per state and local regulations. Physical requirements: reach overhead and below knees; perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
