Supporting high-volume recruiting operations, the full-time Remote Recruiter will process applicants, conduct resume screenings, and maintain an efficient hiring pipeline while working Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Eastern Time. Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of applicants, focusing on late-week and after-hours submissions Conduct resume screenings and initial qualification checks based on minimum role criteria Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, ensuring timely updates for candidates Required Qualifications Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition operations Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
