Paid X-Ray Certification All LVNs complete X-ray certification during orientation at no cost to you. Once you successfully complete the program, you'll automatically receive a pay increase. What You'll Do As an LVN, you'll play an important role in providing efficient, compassionate care while helping our clinics deliver an outstanding patient experience. Every day brings something different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork. Responsibilities include: Collect and document patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other clinical information Assist providers during examinations and medical procedures Perform EKGs and support cardiac life support activities Administer medications by oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, and intradermal routes Provide wound care, complete dressing changes, and remove sutures and staples Start IVs and saline locks Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens Prepare lab samples and assist with testing Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical documentation Support clinic operations and assist teammates wherever needed Travel between HealthCARE Express clinics throughout the Texarkana area as staffing needs require Our clinics are built on teamwork, so you'll receive cross-training and may occasionally assist outside your traditional nursing responsibilities to help provide exceptional patient care. Flexibility and a willingness to work at multiple clinic locations are essential for success in this role. Schedule 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) Closed every Sunday Compensation $26/hour What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and stays calm under pressure.
