Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist


Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs/week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• CA license
• 5 years of Progressively responsible PT experience
• Minimum of 2 years' Physical Therapy experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• BLS
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

Other Details:

• Combination of on-site and mobile depending on participants needs
• 1-2 days dedicated to home visits for home safety and therapy needs
• PACE setting, PT will be involved in interdisciplinary meeting, participating in care coordination besides direct patient care
