Certified Respiratory Therapist (New Grads Welcome)

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Earn $1,206 – $1,623/week (3x12s) | Night Shift | Full-Time Includes base pay of $33.50 – $45.09/hr + opportunities for shift differentials Department: Cardiopulmonary / Respiratory Therapy Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Location: Chicago Metro Area, Illinois – big-city lifestyle, strong healthcare market, no car required, lakefront living. Work in a high-acuity, critical care environment and advanced respiratory cases Competitive pay + shift differentials Career growth within a large healthcare system In the absence of a supervisor, the CRT/RCP I may serve as Lead RCP, overseeing operations during their shift. Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor Respond to critical care situations and emergencies Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalent is required #Resurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs.
