Concessions Supervisor | Chase Field

Job Summary

Join the excitement of game days and events at the iconic Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Concessions team and help deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities include overseeing frontline team members, supervising multiple location units, ensuring proper stand setup, collaborating with warehouse staff for product ordering, and enforcing safety standards and food safety compliance. You will also assist with inventory management, coordinate daily and event-specific logistics, and ensure excellent guest experience.

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
• This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.
• 2 years' experience in supervisory role preferred.

Physical demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
• Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
• Frequently required to use fingers and hands to type, enter data, or operate equipment
