Hillsboro, OR, US Job Description: An organized and friendly “first contact” for a busy international flight school. Responsible for managing the front desk by answering incoming calls, assisting customers and guests, performing a variety of clerical tasks, offering administrative support across the organization, and ensuring exceptional customer care. Job Duties: Answer and direct incoming calls Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors. Inform of testing center arrivals and other guests Sort and distribute mail and packages for staff and students Receive payments, distribute checks, and invoice customers as needed Create and help out with PowerPoint presentations for company announcement screens Make announcements regarding monthly events and help with creating posters (if needed) Clean briefing room whiteboards and stock supplies as needed Process fuel records and update fuel surcharges Collect cash/check payments Oversee company printers, phone equipment and plants Schedule rooms on Flight Schedule Pro Maintain reception and lobby area for cleanliness Report facility maintenance and IT requests to the appropriate departments Help Student Services with documents scanning, saving and other tasks Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Experience: Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Reception/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple requests within tight deadlines Pleasant and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and in a team environment Hillsboro Aero Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
