Pain Management Physician Assistant

Innovative and growing Pain Management Group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Fort Morgan, CO area! 1.5 hrs from Denver! Join a company with a holistic approach to managing patients chronic pain, where you can make a big impact in a rural community! Company :
- Providing specialty healthcare to rural America on behalf of an underserved population
- Offering cutting-edge opioid alternatives to treat chronic pain conditions
- Personalized treatment programs including non-operative spine, operative spine, orthopedic, and radiological services to better serve a wide range of needs
- Company is invested in its providers shown through fellowship training in pain management, monthly bonuses, and consistent support so that the provider can focus on the patient
- Competitive salary, $130,000 - $165,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

- Mileage reimbursement
- Company manages credentialling, mentoring and education internals so providers can focus on patient care
- Full-time position, 40hrs/week, no weekends
- In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
- Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities surrounding the Denver area - mileage will be reimbursed
- NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain
