Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state
Current CPR certification
Current driver‘s license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
Bachelor‘s Degree

Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift Days: Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
No on-call requirement
Weekend rotation required
Excludes Federal and UHG holidays
Coverage area includes Pierce County and other areas as identified by patient need
Float to other nearby home health agencies as needed
