Overview Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire with paid training. Location: Walmart 691, Fort Payne, AL 35968. Responsibilities Work in the wireless services section within your local Walmart. Engage consumers in discussions about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans. Identify consumer desires, overcome objections, and foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees. Welcome customers and politely offer solutions. Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate successes. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment. Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Assist customers by escorting them to displays, assessing needs, and suggesting suitable products. Build customer confidence and provide product and service information. Accurately document and report sales. Keep the workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Average weekly earnings between $600–$800.
