This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are exactly alike. On call rotation is required for this role.You'll be responsible for:Keeping the facility in top shape through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvementsTroubleshooting and performing professional-level maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general constructionHandling painting, repairs, and upkeep both inside and outside the facilityConducting routine tests, inspections, and safety checks on facility systemsMaintaining and updating fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plansHelping ensure our building remains safe, comfortable, functional, and ready for whatever the day bringsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with a strong working knowledge of building maintenance who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.
