Benefits that help you thrive Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage and HSA/FSA options Financial security & retirement: employer-matched 403(b), planning and hardship resources, disability and life insurance Time to recharge: pro-rated paid time off (PTO) and holidays Career growth: Ascension-paid tuition (Vocare), reimbursement, ongoing professional development and online learning Emotional well-being: Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resources Family support: parental leave, adoption assistance and family benefits Other benefits: optional legal and pet insurance, transportation savings and more How you'll make an impact in this role Join an established team of 3 Internal Medicine physicians, 1 Internal Medicine APP, 2 Family Medicine physicians, and a PRN Internal Medicine PA Staffing includes 1:1 MA support, a daytime regional RN triage team, and an evening RN triage team managing after-hours calls Onsite services include lab and x-ray Specialists rotating into the clinic include Podiatry, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, and Orthopedics, with a behavioral health clinic located upstairs Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required Advanced Life Support preferred.
