Registered Nurse - Emergency Room - Per Diem

Position Per Diem Registered Nurse in Emergency Room Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care, utilize the nursing process for patient planning, guide unlicensed staff, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety. Qualifications Current IL nursing license, graduate of an NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred), BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, active NIHSS certification, minimum two years recent acute care ED experience with telemetry competence. Skills Emergency Department experience, telemetry skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities. Key Duties Independently manage patient care on assigned units, direct interdisciplinary team efforts, and promote high-quality patient experiences. Hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80 depending on experience. Travel to multiple locations (Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park, Skokie) is required.
