What you can expect as a Frontline Advocate: Delivers prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to complete home repairs Describe Home Solutions program, benefits, and incentives Responds timely to inquiries via phone and email Identifies and overcomes customer objections Assists the policyholder through the repair process Follow up on initial contacts and secure repair photos and invoices Properly documents all customer interactions in data management system Contacts company customers by phone What we are looking for as a Frontline Advocate : Must obtain 440 insurance license in a timely manner High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems Good typing skills Knowledge of sales principles and methods 440 License with 1+ years of insurance experience preferred Why work for Frontline Insurance?
