Job Summary:
- Help students become safe, confident drivers while enjoying a flexible schedule and rewarding work.
- We are seeking motivated, professional, and dependable Driving Instructors to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced instructor or have a strong driving background and a passion for teaching, we want to hear from you.
- Conduct driving lessons with students, on the road.
- Teach students the rules of the road, defensive driving techniques, and safe driving practices
- Road Test Preparation
- Provide clear and concise instructions to students during driving lessons
- Evaluate students' driving skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Stay up-to-date with current traffic laws and regulations WHY JOIN OUR TEAM

- Valid New Jersey driver's license
- Clean driving record
- 21 is the Minimum age requirement (if applicable)
- NJ Driving Instructor certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Previous teaching, coaching, training, or customer service experience is a plu
- Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
