Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Stamford Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our team's mission. Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients
• Conduct nursing assessments and contribute to care planning, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments as per physician orders
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality care
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Connecticut
• 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
