Job Description

The Aspire Program Student Worker will provide clerical and customer service support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate completion of program office duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting students and staff in-person, by phone, email, or mail; filing and scanning documents. The Student Worker must demonstrate great customer services skills along with good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

About LCCC:

Established in 1963, Lorain County Community College is the first community college in Ohio with a permanent campus. For six decades, LCCC has served the diverse needs of greater Lorain County region by providing affordable access to higher education and now serves approximately 13,000 students each year in certificate, associate, bachelor's and master's degree programs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Familiarity with standard office procedures; experience in customer service; proficiency in relevant computer software; and knowledge of common office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in an office setting; experience providing great customer service; evidence of good communication skills, ability to multitask and manage time effectively; clerical skills with strong.
