Operations Lead - Collins Avenue

As Operations Lead, you will join the store leadership team and drive profitability and efficiency while coaching and coaching the team to achieve optimal results. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink. Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to address process or system gaps. Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra‑day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates and supply management. Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and support a safe work environment with strong stockroom standards and processes. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology and facilities to ensure optimization. Leverage metrics to support business‑driving strategies and demonstrate strong business acumen. Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests. Lead by example, inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience, and directly oversee the Operations Associates. Recruit, develop talent, evaluate performance with company tools and provide constant feedback to drive growth. Collaborate with the Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead to ensure cross‑functional training and business execution. Execute company‑level operations‑focused directives, projects and initiatives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager. QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of prior work experience in a client‑centric, sales environment. Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision‑making. Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide. High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work. Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
