Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, case management, and data-driven therapy planning

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights for student planning
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and progress notes
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and family members to enhance student support
