Key Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized physical therapy programs including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, patient education, and ongoing communication
• Maximize patient progress toward functional goals across a diverse patient population
• Provide care primarily in an outpatient setting (approximately 95%), with additional coverage in long-term care and skilled swing settings (approximately 5%)
• Treat a broad range of patients and conditions presenting through the facility
• Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with health professionals and ancillary staff
• Contribute to and receive suggestions within a team-oriented, community-focused care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
• Flexibility to work across outpatient, long-term care, and skilled swing settings as needed
• Adaptable, open-minded approach to care delivery within a community-based environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating a wide variety of patient diagnoses and conditions in an outpatient setting
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to a collaborative, community-focused team
