Assistant Site Manager, MEP

Studies specifications to assist planning procedures for construction. Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Assist in developing scopes of work for review and approval of MEP Project/Site Manager. Prepare estimates in areas of MEP self-performed work, and assist in complete project estimate. Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and a minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in MEP project estimation and scope development, with a strong ability to evaluate subcontractors and vendors.
