Description: Bussers Three Dollar Café is looking for energetic bussers who has a strong teamwork mindset and who can handle being constantly on the move. Bussers are a key part of our company because they are able to ensure efficient workflow for the best guest experienceand are considered a jack of all trades. Therefore, you can imagine the essentialness of being a team player being vital for this role. • Guest Service - though bussers may not interact with guests as often as other team members, they are still expected to cooperate when guests may need their attention o Provide a friendly, relaxing, professional demeanor that is courteous and provide quick service for guest's needs to their server immediately. • Duties - tasks that are expected on a daily basis include but not limited to o Cleaning tables, taking finished plates, utensils, drinkware to designated area in the kitchen to be washed o Resetting tables in a timely manner for the next guests o Restocking bar glasses o Restocking empty kegs o Cleaning various areas within the facilities along with the exterior o Emptying trash cans o Expedite food to the correct tables o Notify management of any facility issues o Clean up spills immediately o Setting up tables for parties/catering events o Assisting team members with requests during busy times o Inspecting restrooms every 15 minutes and clean as needed o Other unforeseen tasks that may come up • Physical Requirements and Qualifications o No previous restaurant experience required o Be able to communicate and understand English o Team oriented o Well-kept in personal hygiene o Ability to lift, carry, deliver 150+ lbs o Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout an 8hr shift o Ability to bend and reach throughout an 8hr shift o Visual acuity to navigate dining area, kitchen, other parts of the facility o Ability to attend work and meetings as scheduled o Stamina to lift kegs, trashbags, etc. Employee Job Description Acknowledgement I have received a copy of the job description for the position I am being offered.
