Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

RiVidium is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Executes PWS C.5.2 stakeholder engagement strategy; coordinates senior leader communications and quantifies engagement impact through analytics reporting. This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities Support stakeholder engagement activities, coordination, and communication planning. Help prepare materials, talking points, and engagement support artifacts. Track engagement activity and contribute to analytics, reporting, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with internal and external partners to support mission-aligned outreach. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs), Senior (10+ yrs). Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs. Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement. Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams. Work Setting This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required.
