Reporting Structure Reporting to Director of Rehab. Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function. Design individualized treatment programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Offer education and training to patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
