Makom in Fairfax is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule. This role supports individuals with IDD to live self-determined lives and engage with their communities. You will provide person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and help build skills aligned with PCP/ISP.
